A team of the World Health Organization (WHO) gave a report that a child in Uganda died every 8 seconds due to water-related disease. This was a devastating truth to accept. However, things are changing a lot.

It is necessary to bring the ratio of hunger down in different countries. In this noble work, Amigos has come forth in a collaboration with Uganda Food Security Organizations. Since 2002, we have been operational and providing meals to starving children around the globe.

In Uganda, the ratio of hunger and illiteracy is higher. To deduct those parameters, many organizations are working. Amigos is the Best Orphanage for Children in Uganda that operates for this noblest work.

Children lose their parents as well as household members as a result of the bloodshed in the decades which followed need orphanages for Ugandan children. Armed organizations kidnapped young boys and forced them towards becoming child soldiers.

It is not always about keeping everyone’s stomach heavy. Sometimes, the best organization is responsible for giving the finest support to society. In that case, Amigos has overcome every one. When it comes to the safety of the children, we stand first and firm.

Even though poverty in Uganda has fallen from 56 percent in 1993 to 21.4 percent in 2016, this country's citizens have struggled to battle hunger.

Some people need helping hands desperately. But due to some filth reasons, they won’t get that kind of support. The Mission of Amigos is to reach a maximum number of people who are affected by disasters. Providing them relief is our primary objective.

To help and make things better, we, Amigos can be your source of help. Yes, child sponsorship is very important for different purposes. Whether to eradicate hunger or improve child education, we come forth at first with great optimism.

Nevertheless, basic immediate needs, like food insecure households water, and hygiene, including health services, remain critical in both settlements and host communities.
